  • Return Policy for Canya Wear

    Thank you for choosing Canya Wear. We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your purchase. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your product, we offer the option for exchanges or refunds, subject to the following terms and conditions:

     

    Returns & Exchanges Period:

    You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.


    Condition of the Returned Product:

    The returned product must be in its new, unused, and original state.
    Please ensure that the product is in our original Canya branded bag with the tag intact.


    Return/Exchange Procedure:

    To initiate the return/exchange procedure, kindly contact us via email at info@canyawear.com or call us on 01016974697.
    A courier will be arranged to pick up the returned product within 3 to 5 working days.
    For exchanges, the item will be picked up first, and once it is in our possession, we will process the exchange and keep you updated throughout the process.
    For refunds, once we receive the returned item in our warehouse and verify that it is unworn and in its original condition, we will issue a full refund excluding all delivery charges.
    The refund process takes approximately 7 to 10 working days to be completed. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

    Our customer support team is available to assist you from Sunday to Thursday, between 9 AM to 5 PM.

  • Shipping Rates:

    For standard delivery within Cairo and Sahel areas, a flat rate of 60 EGP will apply to each order.

    Shipping Areas:

    Currently, our standard delivery service is available exclusively within Cairo and Sahel.
